Gyoza Guys have been Permanent traders at Maltby Street since 2016 and have since been named in the Top 25 Best Streetfood in London voted for by Timeout UK

Gyoza Guys is the brainchild of Amir & Kien Childhood friends who share an obsession for hunting out the most delicious dumplings. After years of rushing to make the 4pm deadline at our favourite dim sum spots we decided this classic dish deserved more of a spotlight than just as a lunchtime snack.

We know everyone loves a dumpling just as much as we do, so our aim is simple; to bring you the best flavour combinations, cooked to perfection and served just the way we like it.
